Abstract: The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in the world of education and industry, including in the field of digital marketing. This condition requires Vocational High School (SMK) students to have adequate AI literacy to be able to utilize technology productively, ethically, and in accordance with applicable legal provisions. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the understanding of SMK Bina Mitra students regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence in digital marketing through an approach that integrates ethical and legal aspects. The implementation method of the activity includes material delivery, demonstrations of the use of various AI platforms, practical work on creating AI-based digital content, interactive discussions, and evaluation sessions on participant understanding. The material provided includes basic AI concepts, the application of AI in developing digital marketing strategies, promotional content creation techniques, principles of responsible AI use, copyright protection, personal data security, and academic ethics in the use of technology. The results of the activity show that participants experienced an increased understanding of the concept and implementation of AI in digital marketing, were able to utilize various AI applications to produce more effective and creative marketing content, and had a better awareness of the importance of using AI ethically and legally. The enthusiasm of participants throughout the event also demonstrated a strong interest in mastering AI technology as a competency relevant to the needs of the workplace. This activity positively contributed to strengthening students' digital literacy and supporting the development of adaptive, innovative, and responsible human resources in the era of digital transformation.
