Abstract: Digital transformation has changed marketing and business development patterns in the tourism sector, particularly through the use of social media. However, students' use of social media still needs to be directed from consumptive activities to more productive and business-valuable uses. This Community Service activity aims to strengthen social media literacy, broaden insights into digital tourism business opportunities, and improve students' communication and collaboration skills. The activity was organized by Sahid Polytechnic through the Inter-University Collaborative Student Presentation Forum with the theme "Social Media Trends and Digital Business Opportunities in Tourism." Lecturers and student representatives from the Diploma 4 Digital Business Study Program at Takumi Polytechnic were invited as speakers and facilitators based on their expertise in digital business, digital marketing, content development, and the use of technology platforms. The implementation method used an educational and participatory approach through the stages of coordination, preparation, presentation of materials, student presentations, interactive discussions, and reflection. Observations showed that the activity created a space for knowledge exchange across universities and helped participants understand social media as a marketing instrument, building destination image, developing audience engagement, and creating digital business opportunities. The activity also encouraged students to share ideas, exchange experiences, and connect the use of social media to the tourism business context. This collaborative forum can be used as a model for inter-university community service to strengthen digital literacy and tourism entrepreneurship insights.
